Business Tools & Resources I Use

Welcome to my Tools & Resources page! For your convenience, links are included to take you directly to my go-to tools for operating my businesses, supporting my clients and maintaining productivity within my team.

I currently use Bluehost to host my websites, I call the Helpdesk regularly to ask questions about how things are work on the backend of my website and what can be improved.

Over the years I’ve used several different email service providers, I’m currently using Mailerlite and loving the automation features and interface.

I use Publer for managing social media publishing for my businesses and and client accounts – we use it for direct publishing on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram.

My business cards are often a conversation starter because of their shape. Order your square business cards from Moo.

If you don’t have a graphic designer on staff to create your marketing materials, GetStencil can help.

Canva is also a great budget-friendly option for graphics, and I also it for creating digital downloads.

Create engaging videos for social media with InVideo.

Instead of storing your paid content on Youtube and hoping nobody finds them for free, host your videos online with this tool.

I leverage livestreaming as a tool to increase brand awareness, add subscribers and sell online. I have a Mac and I use Ecamm for my face-to-camera broadcasts, the green screen feature is the best I’ve used so far.

My go-to tool for doing face-to-face interviews via livestream is BeLive – it’s super easy to add your logo and show text on screen during the broadcast.

Instead of bogging down my computers with files I store everything in Dropbox and its available to me and my team everywhere.

We use Trello to plan launches and I outline courses and product ideas on the go, and I use Jumppl to manage team onboarding.

If you don’t want to share passwords (I don’t), use LastPass to grant access to your accounts without compromising account security.

I use Honeybook for handling client scheduling, onboarding and customized service-based offers like the Content to Cash Blueprint. The bulk of my client management processes are run by this  tool.

If you’ve ever purchased an ebook or workbook from me, you were on this platform that I set up to handle payment and delivery automatically.

As a small business owner you’re probably busy and find it difficult to keep up with managing your money. I’ve been a Taxbot customer since 2011 after starting my first business. The mobile app keeps me out of trouble.

Want to sell online courses or create a membership? My #BabyStepstoGreatness Academy is built on Invanto.

I usually livestream across multiple platforms simultaneously. I have this webcam for my computer, use this tripod if I broadcast from my phone and have this ring light permanently set up at my desk.

I can change my livestream & video backgrounds using this portable green screen.

I also carry a portable charger to keep my phone battery alive.

If I’m broadcasting on the go I use this clip-on ring light, this microphone and minimize shakiness with this.

Sucuri saved my online life once when my website got infected with malware, they make sure my sites stay protected from attacks.

My websites are built on WordPress and WP Site Plan handles the maintenance so I don’t have to.
